- Most issues can be resolved by closing out of the platform and re-joining the meeting.
- Confirm a strong internet connection, hardwired if possible.
- Google Chrome is the preferred browser. If you have trouble viewing the video, check that you are using Google Chrome to access the event.
How do I troubleshoot connectivity issues?
- If you are experiencing problems connecting to the platform and playback is poor, and all preventive measures have been taken, please contact the events team or call 415.544.2438.
What steps should I take if the video or audio playback is choppy?
- Confirm a strong internet connection or hardwire your computer to the router if possible.
- Close other browsers, browser windows and/or programs.
- Please close any applications, webcams, computer cameras, and browser sessions that you are not using for the best experience.
ALTERNATIVE TECHNICAL PLAN
If we encounter a technical issue during the event that cannot be quickly resolved, an email will be sent out to speakers and attendees from the events team with instructions on how to continue the event on an alternative platform, if applicable.
